Explore CFC Properties’ 30 Year Anniversary

CFC Properties presented this quilt to Bill and Gayle Cook at CFC’s 30th anniversary in 2003. It was important to the team at CFC to present a gift that would be unique and meaningful; a gift that would adequately represent what the Cook’s had accomplished over the years. It was hoped the gift would touch the Cook’s in a way they had touched so many other lives.

Each of the properties has a unique story and each have impacted many people before, during, and after the Cook’s meticulously preserved the buildings. These properties have impacted local neighborhoods and
surrounding communities areas where they are located.
