Supporting You During the COVID-19 Crisis

CFC employees working on keeping the properties tip-top shape during the COVID-19 pandemic.
CFC employees work diligently to maintain properties during the COVID-19 pandemic.

First and foremost, I hope you, your family and friends are staying well during these trying times and that you are adjusting to this new norm. Hopefully, it doesn’t last too long.

During these challenging times, we have made some adjustments to our operations in order to protect our employees, commercial and residential tenants, guests at the Grant Street Inn, and the general public.

While the main CFC office in the Showers Building in Bloomington, IN, is closed to the public, our staff is available via phone and website contact form. If you are interested in viewing a property, we can arrange a virtual visit – via video.

Our crews are still out maintaining properties, cleaning common areas, and responding to urgent calls. Please keep service requests limited to urgent or emergency issues (such as water leaks, fire or safety issues, nonfunctioning heating or cooling in extreme weather, lock-outs, and certain electrical repairs). This is to limit exposure for everyone and allow staff to focus on additional cleaning measures. You may still submit non-emergency service requests and we will log them to address when it is possible to do so safely.

All properties continue to accept deliveries from the US Postal Service and other delivery companies.

Here is the current status of our properties that serve the public:

Fountain Square: The common areas and event spaces are temporarily closed to the public. Please contact individual stores that have external entrances for specific information on their availability.

Grant Street Inn: Temporarily closed. The inn will reopen as soon as it is safe to do so. See the Grant Street Inn website for more information.

Yoho General Store: While the store and restaurant are closed to the public, the kitchen remains open for pick up meals and grocery items. See the Yoho General Store website for hours and call-in information.

Please stay safe and continue to follow guidelines for reducing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. Up-to-date information can be found at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention website.

Sincerely,

Jim Murphy
President, CFC Properties
